Homestream Park is a place for reflection, learning, and connection. We invite you to explore, enjoy, and return often.

Homestream Park, created in 2019 by Cathy and Phil Davis through a community effort, is a public space honoring salmon, the Methow People, and the deep connections between culture, art, and the river. Located on the banks of the Methow River in Winthrop, the park features beautiful walking trails, interpretive signs, and striking bronze salmon sculptures by Indigenous artist Smoker Marchand.

In 2023, the Methow Valley Interpretive Center became the steward of Homestream Park through a generous gift from Cathy and Phil. We hold this responsibility with care, knowing our role is temporary until the Methow Descendants are ready and able to assume stewardship. Our commitment is to preserve the park as a place where salmon, culture, and community converge, and to ensure it remains open to the public for generations to come.
